"So, Anne. This is the birthing chair. Here you will deliver your baby."
"No, I want to be in a normal bed..."
"No, I want to have you on the chair. So sit down, lie back, legs in the stirrups."
"But..."
"No but. Nurse, get her onto the chair..."

"... while I put on my gloves to examine her."

"That's right. That's the position I want you in... Ina, the stirrups a bit further apart please..."

"Aahhh..."
"Okay, let's see how far we are... No, Anne, don't push yet..."
"Uuhhh... But I feel the urge to push... Uuuurrmmmmhhh..."
"No, let him examine you... Lie still."

"Nooooooo!"
"Yes, Anne, this is necessary. I have to put two fingers inside you to feel how far dilated your are.""

"Aaaaaarrrrrrrrrr! OOOOOWWW!"
"Stop screaming, Anne. I need to get further in side you... Don't scream, the birth is just beginning. Do you know what it will feel like when the head is crowning? Compared to that this is nothing..."
"Your hands are too big..."
"Lie still! I need to feel even deeper inside..."

"Okay, if you don't lie still, we will have to strap you... I need to do these exams, even if they are painful."

"AaaaAAAAAAAAAAHHH! OOOwwwww!"
"Anne, let's get you back onto the delivery table. Dr. Bill! Come quick! One hour of pushing and we can't get it out..."

"There you are, Anne, ready to give birth. Dr. Bill will be in in a minute."
There she is lying, on the birthing table. Her legs put up, spread apart, the birth opening good to see, just waiting for the doctor to come in and help her.

"In the meantime I will try to stretch you a bit more..."
"UUUUUHHHHRRRRMMMM..."

Judging by all the people in the room this is a complicated birth... You see the midwife having her hand on Annies belly, ready to press down with  the next contraction. Dr. Bill has his hands inside her vagina to feel how the birth is going on.

Dr. Bill called in a colleague. He is not sure whether he will be able to delivery this baby manually.
"So what do you think? Can we get this one out without any further help?"
"Yes, come on, let's try. We should open her manually, stretch the cervix a bit more, and then she should be able to push it out." 

Here you can see Dr. Bill and his colleague trying to open her vagina even more. This is very painful, so she screams a lot. But it's no use! The doctors have to get this baby out.

Anne is grimacing and screaming.. She is doing her best to push this baby out. Dr. Bill is trying to help her. You hear her screams, and it's getting louder and louder as the head is coming through the opening.
"Anne, I need you to push harder... PUSH!"
"Eeeeeeee-oooooaaaahhhhhh...."
"Come on, PUSH! PUSH!!!"
"NooooooooOOOOO! I can't do this!"

Watch her face as she is pushing. The midwife is holding her hands and shoulders. With the next contraction she will press Anne's head towards her belly, while the doctor is sitting between her legs, trying to deliver the baby.
Her mouth is disctorted, the eyes closed, the pain is just too much. 

Well, Anne, next time you will use condoms, will you?
